but i found love it is more subtle
exactly like its name
it’s mostly coming easy
and leaves always so damn strange

but it’s also overrated
so it’s worthy of a song
and with all these expectations
we’re bound to go just wrong

so let’s lock love in a structure
a simple set of chords
a cage for it to look at
and no one will get hurt
